Warranty Policy

The original SOULFIT SONIC you have acquired is secured by a guarantee of 12 months.The warranty time frame starts on the date of procurement of fresh out of the box product. It would be ideal if you hold your business receipt (or your warranty card) as verification of procurement.

Any product with manufacturing defect can be replaced within 5 days of purchase.

The accompanying cases are not secured by the above warranty :

a. The guarantee is void if the unit is messed with, changed or repaired by unapproved people.

b. Any defect arising due to misuse of the unit, damages due to liquid ingress, or physical abuse, or normal wear and tear will not be covered by this warranty.

c. Any accessory provided with the item won't be shrouded in this warranty.

d. Uncalled / unnecessary testing, operation, support, establishment, or any shift or alteration of the item.

NOTE : Whether defective items or components are to be replaced or repaired shall be left to the sole discretion of Brandworks Technologies Pvt Ltd.
